Freedive Trive PH has a weekday freediving course designed for complete beginners, and is conducted by a certified freediving instructor. They also offer a Work From Tribe packaged for PHP 3,600.

Juan Dive Pinas offers three kinds of classes: Tuklas for freediving basics and safety, Sanay for basic mastery and practice, and Linya for basic depth training. The packages start at PHP 1,500.
