As society evolves and progresses, we have started to recognize the importance of mental health and emotional wellbeing. However, the stereotype of the stoic and unemotional father still persists, often leaving dads to silently struggle with their own emotional needs. It's time to acknowledge that fathers need emotional support too.

 

The Need for Emotional Support Among Fathers

According to a study by the American Psychological Association, fathers are just as likely as mothers to experience symptoms of depression and anxiety. However, fathers are less likely to seek help for their mental health issues. Fathers need emotional support just as much as anyone else.
